Meet and Greet Services
For most of you, we know that it may be the first time that you are visiting our lovely island. Our job is to make you feel welcome and mitigate any anxieties you may have about being in a very different environment than your own.
One or more of our representatives will be there to meet you at the airport or sea port and assist you with any issues you may have about your arrival.
Airport Transfers
We are partnered with a number of exclusive transportation providers that meet our rigorous standards of training, deportment and service. They are not the run of the mill taxi drivers that you get at most airports and they will not cost you any more.
For a little extra however, we can arrange private transfers in high end cars and SUVs such as the Porsche Cayenne, BMW X5, Toyota Land Cruiser and Range Rover Sport.

Guest Briefing
After your group has rested overnight, we will arrange a briefing session at your hotel or villa. We will contact you to determine the time most suitable for you.
This briefing session is necessary to enable you to get your bearings and provide you with some island knowledge not listed in guide books and tourist board sites. This is particularly important for those of you that have not been to the island before
Organizing Recreational Activities
You know what they say about "all work and no play". Well play you can - with a large selection of available tours and activities, you will never get bored.
Since not everyone is comfortable going on tour with a large number of strangers, we will organise private tours customized to fit your needs. Our tours are competitively priced (you will not be able to find a similar tour for less) and can involve exclusive locations off the beaten track.

Site Inspections
Forget what you see on travel portals and websites for hotels, villas and other accommodation facilities. How will you know if there is construction taking place 100 ft from your room, what is the state of the road leading up to that cliffside villa and how reliable is the water supply. What's that blocking my window?
It is essential therefore that you invest in a site inspection to ensure that there are no surprises when you arrive, particularly if you are traveling with a large group.
We will do site inspections for you and provide you with a full report which includes photos and make a determination about suitability based on your needs and preferences.

Facility Selection and Preparation
There is a lot that goes into organizing meetings, trade shows,and other events involving a significant number of people. Finding the right location and facility to match your event as well as acquiring all the necessary furniture equipment is a daunting and risky task if you are not on the island.
We will find the most appropriate venue for your event along with the required equipment and amenities. We will take care of any other preparation that you require prior to your arrival such as making duty free arrangements with the customs department to accommodate any equipment that you wish to import temporarily for your event.
Publicity and Public Relations
While everyone may not need it, publicity about your presence and activity in Saint Lucia, could generate a lot of goodwill for your group or you products (if you are an incentive groups) among the St Lucian public.
Show and tell all your friends how you made the evening news (in a positive way) and became an instant celebrity.
